    Do you offer airport transfer service?

    Yes

    We are offering airport transfer service from Noi Bai Airport to all of our hotels at $30++($34.65). Please let us know in advance your flight number, arrival time and number of guests in case you would like to use our service.

    Is payment by credit card is acceptable?

    A

    Yes

    We accept VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX/UNIONPAY/DINERS. Moreover, customers can also pay cash in JPY, USD and VND.

    Do you offer light meal for early check-out guests who can take their breakfast?

    A

    Yes

    In case of checking out early, please let our reception know when you check in or by 9pm the night before. We will prepare onigiri for you.

    Is there any Japanese restaurants or convenience store nearby the hotel?

    Yes

    Our hotels located in Japanese town so customers will not have any trouble finding Japanese restaurants. Convenience stores also located within walking distance. In addition, we are offering map for the surrouding area for your convenience, so please take advantage of it.

    Will taxis come immediately when we ordered?

    A

    There are many customers using taxis for commuting, coming home from work and rainy days, therefore, it will be difficult to order taxi during this time. Please let our reception know in advanced if you have plan to leave the hotel on the following day.

    Is late check-in and early check-out possible?

    A

    Our reception staffs are available 24/7 at the front desk, so late check-in and early check-out is possible.

    What is the voltage in Vietnam? Also, do you lend transformer ?

    A

    The voltage in Vietnam is 220V.

    Please let our reception know if you need transformer. And also, you can use plugs type A, C and F.

    Where can we buy sourvenirs near the hotel?

    A

    Customers can shop at LOTTE CENTER from Sakura Hotel 1 and 3 (food type). For other goods, visit DAEWOO HOTEL opposite LOTTE CENTER. From Sakura Hotel 2, we recommend INDOCHINA PLAZA or KEANGNAM TOUER. There are just a few sourvenirs here compared with Hanoi old town, so if you want to buy gift, we recommend to find it in Hanoi old town.

    Visitors can use public bath at all of our hotel branches.

    ※ Feel free to use towel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap.

    Do you have room without breakfast service?

    Our hotels offer all rooms with breakfast service included. There is no room without breakfast service.
